What to expect:
Before you can start your treatment, you'll need to talk to your Cosmetic Nurse, who will then talk to your Prescribing Practitioner online. After the consultation, a plan for your treatment and a prescription will be made based on what was learned.
This treatment can take as little as 5 to 15 minutes and doesn't hurt much.
There are no real long-term side effects, but people with sensitive skin may experience temporary bruising, skin irritation, and swelling. These effects can be lessened by icing the area where the shot was given. They will go away on their own in two to three days.
