Preparation & Aftercare

You will need a consultation with the Injecting Practitioner, who will conduct an online consultation with the Prescribing Practitioner, before beginning therapy. The session will result in an evaluation of your treatment plan and medication.

The operation may take between 15 and 20 minutes, and the area is anaesthetized to ensure your comfort. The number of injections delivered depends on the amount of product used and the desired outcome of the treatment
  • If necessary, ice can be applied following therapy.
  • Do not engage in physical activity, take hot showers, or enter saunas for 24 to 48 hours after treatment.
  • The treated region cannot be massaged for at least 48 hours.
  • After treatment, avoid sleeping on your face for at least 24 hours.
  • Domestic flights should be avoided for 48 hours following treatment, while international flights should be avoided for two weeks.
  • Alcohol and medicines such as ibuprofen might thin the blood and make bruising more likely before and after treatment.
  • Schedule a consultation with your Cosmetic Nurse 2-4 weeks after treatment.
